Festival volunteers: weather changes

1. 土曜日の町の祭りでは、私たちの日本語教室も案内の仕事をする予定です。参加する人は九時に公園の入口へ来てください。

   Our Japanese class is scheduled to help give information at Saturday’s town festival. Participants should come to the park entrance at nine.

2. 晴れたら、公園で地図を配ります。雨なら、公民館の入口で道を案内します。

   If it is sunny, we will hand out maps in the park. If it rains, we will give directions at the community centre entrance.

3. 雨の場合も朝の集合場所は変わりません。全員が集まってから、先生と一緒に公民館へ歩きます。

   The morning meeting point does not change even if it rains. After everyone gathers, we will walk to the community centre with the teacher.

4. 日本語に自信がない人は、地図に書いてある番号を見せながら案内しても大丈夫です。分からなければ、先生を呼んでください。

   If you lack confidence in Japanese, you may give directions while showing the numbers on the map. If you do not understand, call the teacher.

5. 小さい子どもが来たら、保護者がどこにいるか確認してから、会場の係の人を呼んであげてください。

   If a small child comes, check where their guardian is, then call an event staff member to help.

6. 仕事は十二時に終わる予定です。昼ご飯は用意していないので、午後も祭りを見たい人は自分で買ってください。

   Work is scheduled to finish at twelve. Lunch is not provided, so anyone staying to enjoy the festival in the afternoon should buy their own.
