Cooking class note: tasks and things to bring

1. 明日の料理教室では、野菜のスープと卵の料理を作ります。先生が送った写真を見ながら、材料を確認してください。

   In tomorrow’s cooking class, we will make vegetable soup and an egg dish. Check the ingredients while looking at the photos the teacher sent.

2. 教室で野菜と卵を用意しますので、参加する人は材料を買ってこなくても大丈夫です。

   The class will provide vegetables and eggs, so participants do not need to buy ingredients to bring.

3. ただし、家で使っているエプロンと、料理を入れるふたのある箱を持ってきてください。

   However, bring the apron you use at home and a lidded container for the food.

4. 最初に先生が野菜を切るところを見ます。その後で、自分でも切ってみます。

   First watch the teacher cut the vegetables. Then try cutting them yourself.

5. スープを温めながら、卵の料理を作ります。熱い鍋を動かすときは、一人で運ばないで先生を呼んでください。

   Make the egg dish while heating the soup. When moving a hot pot, do not carry it alone; call the teacher.

6. 作った料理は教室で少し食べて、残りを持って帰れます。箱を忘れた人には、受付で百円の箱を売っています。

   You can eat a little of the food in class and take the rest home. For those who forgot a container, reception sells one-hundred-yen containers.
