Bicycle rental: conditions and return time

1. 町の案内所では、毎日九時から自転車を借りることができます。

   You can rent bicycles at the town information office from nine every day.

2. 自転車に乗れる人なら、観光のために利用できますが、十二歳以下の子どもだけでは借りられません。

   Anyone who can ride a bicycle can use one for sightseeing, but children aged twelve or younger cannot rent one on their own.

3. 大人用は一日千円で、受付で名前と連絡先を書いてから払ってください。

   An adult bicycle costs one thousand yen per day. Write your name and contact details at reception before paying.

4. 台数が少ないので、午前中に来ることをおすすめします。午後は全部貸していることもあります。

   As there are few bicycles, we recommend coming in the morning. In the afternoon they may all be out on loan.

5. 前の日までに電話すれば、二台まで予約できます。当日の電話予約はできません。

   You can reserve up to two bicycles by calling no later than the day before. Same-day telephone reservations are not available.

6. 雨が強くなったら、安全のため貸し出しを止めます。予約した人にも貸せない場合があります。

   If the rain becomes heavy, we stop rentals for safety. Even people with reservations may be unable to rent.

7. 借りた自転車は五時半までに同じ案内所へ返してください。駅の駐輪場へ返すことはできません。

   Return rented bicycles to the same information office by five thirty. You cannot return them at the station bicycle parking area.
