Name the item and quantity
Place を after the item, then add the quantity and ください: コーヒーを二つください means “Two coffees, please.” 二つ is read ふたつ, not につ.
Use 一つ(ひとつ) for one or 三つ(みっつ) for three. コーヒーをください can also request coffee without a quantity; in these exercises, include the specified number.
Drink here or take away
こちらで飲みますか asks whether you will drink here. Answer はい、ここで飲みます for drinking here, or いいえ、持ち帰ります for takeaway.
持ち帰ります means taking the order away, whether home or elsewhere. The question is about where you will drink, so コーヒーです does not answer it fully.
Check the order
コーヒー二つですね confirms “Two coffees, right?” Say はい、そうです if correct, or correct the quantity with すみません、一つです.
Identify the item, quantity and drinking location separately. If one changes, adjust your response instead of repeating a memorised conversation.
