Vocabulary for this text
How to find the information
受け付けました reports that the reservation has been received. It does not say the fee has already been paid. The later request 当日払ってください places payment on the day of use, so distinguish completed actions from instructions.
The room may be used for two hours, but the key must be collected beforehand. 食事はできません is followed by が and a permitted exception for water. Neither all food and drink nor all activity is banned.
